Of course, the best way to find us is by train. Skierniewice lies on the line Warsaw – Katowice; journey from Warsaw takes 50 minutes, from Łódź 55 minutes (fast trains on Saturdays and Sundays every two hours, regular passenger trains depart every hour). From the platform you should enter the road viaduct and proceed to the north side of the station (opposite to the station building). Use the stairs to descend to the Bielanska Street that leads to the gate of locomotive shed (about 500 m to the west).

You can reach us from Łódź and Warsaw by car via A2 motorway (from both directions trip lasts less than an hour). On junction “Skierniewice” take the route at the road 70, direction Skierniewice. Starting from the city borders, a conveniently placed signposts will direct you straight to the Engine Shed. Cars can park along the Bielańska street or in parking lots located around the train station. Please, do not park on or block the driveways.

We inform Cyclists that there is a possibility of getting the bicycle into the roundhouse. By the way, we recommend charming cycling routes through nearby Bolimów Landscape Park.

Tracks surrounding locomotive shed area are under supervision of PKP PLK company and are considered as railway area. Moving through it without the required permits could result in serious financial penalties and may be the cause of tragic accident.
